The CBA Member Mark and CBA Member Firm Mark

The CBA Member Mark can be used by Colorado Bar Association members in good standing upon completion of the CBA Member Mark License Agreement to indicate their membership in the Association when advertising their services to the public. Upon completion of the CBA Member Firm Mark License Agreement, the CBA Member Firm Mark may be used by firms that maintain an office in Colorado and whose Colorado-based attorneys are all CBA members in good standing.

Requirements for Use of the CBA Member Mark or CBA Member Firm Mark

The CBA Member Mark and CBA Member Firm Mark may be used by CBA members in good standing who have completed the CBA Member Mark License Agreement (or CBA Member Firm Mark License Agreement, for firms), and agree to follow the terms and conditions of use. The CBA Member Mark and Member Firm Mark License Agreement

If you are a CBA member in good standing and would like to begin using the CBA Member Mark, please fill out the CBA Individual Member Mark License or Member Firm Agreement. After completion, return the executed page of the agreement to the CBA via fax, mail, or email.

You will need to complete the agreement and submit the executed signature page to the CBA. Scan and email to [email protected] with "Member Mark" in the subject line
