Concentrates on the laws and procedures governing or related to disabilities. The committee makes recommendations to the Board of Governors concerning legislation or procedural improvements in the disability law field. The committee also publishes a semi-annual column in The Colorado Lawyer, sponsors a session on a current legal topic of interest at the annual convention, and co-sponsors occasional training events in the area of disability law.
