Cyberattacks against law firms grow yearly – from malware to ransomware to who knows what’s next. As stewards of confidential information (Colorado Rule of Professional Conduct 1.6), we must protect client information. We also must timely communicate and consult with clients (Rules 1.3 and 1.4). Often, we delegate these responsibilities to other attorneys or staff (Rules 5.1 and 5.3). Learn about the features of password management programs, how to configure one for a multi-user firm, passkeys, and other identity technology to protect your clients’ information.

CBA-CLE will email webinar access information to registrants 24-48 hours before the program.
Home studies will be available approximately 2-3 weeks following the live program.

The program will be submitted for CLE accreditation in Colorado. If you need to seek accreditation in another state, please review the process and requirements for that individual state. CBA-CLE staff can provide a Uniform Certificate of Attendance, and it is the attendee’s responsibility to complete the accreditation outside of Colorado.
