Denver Union Station to Keystone Ski Resort via Luxury Charter Bus
The CBA Intellectual Property Section invites you to beat the winter weekend traffic and escape to Keystone Ski Resort this February! There are plenty of winter activities to partake in such as skiing, snowboarding, snow tubing, snow shoeing, ice skating and more.
Participants will enjoy a 1-hour homestudy CBA-CLE presentation while riding a luxury charter bus directly to the mountain. Connect and relax with fellow members during the 2-hour bus ride.
CBA-CLE Program Description:
Businesses are using AI systems to perform key tasks, and those systems are becoming an important asset of the business, akin to their customer lists and trade secrets. In this presentation, we will discuss the issues that may arise when a target company’s assets include AI systems. We will discuss key buyer questions that will assist in performing due diligence regarding AI systems, and key representations and warranties that a buyer should ask for from a seller regarding their AI systems.
*Approved for 1 general CLE Credit.
Schedule:
The bus will leave at 7:15 a.m. from Denver Union Station and will return from Keystone Ski Resort the same day at 3:00 p.m., arriving back in Denver around 5:00 p.m.

Members and Students: $45.00
Non-Members: $55.00
The price includes your bus ticket and CLE registration. It does not include your lift ticket. Keystone Ski Resort is on the Epic Ski Pass. If you don't have a pass and need a lift ticket and/or rental gear, you will need to order it ahead of time via the resort website.
