Family law practitioners encounter ethical challenges daily in their interactions with clients, their clients’ families, opposing counsel, and the court.
Join family law attorney Ali Weiman, and Senior Assistant Regulation Counsel Erin Robson Kristofco from the Colorado Supreme Court Office of Attorney Regulation as they explore common ethical dilemmas in family law. They’ll share practical strategies for navigating these situations while staying within the boundaries set by the Colorado Rules of Professional Conduct, helping you respond effectively and ethically to the demands of family law practice.
