Please join the Colorado Insurance Committee’s on January 30, 2025 from 3:30 to 5:00 p.m. for its Annual Meeting.  

 

At the meeting, the members will vote on a new slate of candidates for the Board. There will be discussion of the past year and goals and aspirations for 2025. There will be time to see and interact. Membership in the committee is open to all CBA members.  

 

For the CLE portion:

There will be the annual Top Ten Recent Insurance Law Decisions from the Colorado Courts presentation, which this year will be presented by Melissa Hailey and Katelyn Werner. The CLE will discuss the top ten recent insurance related law decisions from the Colorado state and federal courts. Five decisions will be presented by an attorney representing policyholders or plaintiffs and five decisions will be presented by an attorney representing insurers or defendants.
