The first hour of the CLE will cover "hot" topics related to mechanics liens and the Colorado Public Works Act, including a case law update, lien enforcement challenges, and strategies for claimants. The second hour of the CLE will be nuts-n-bolts of drafting mechanics' liens and claims, including the basic research process and procedure, foreclosure and enforcement, and best practices. Attendees will gain practical insights into effectively navigating the complexities of mechanics liens and the CPWA in today’s construction landscape.
