Colorado Supreme Court Justice Richard Gabriel will discuss effective practices in Colorado’s highest court, including the petition for certiorari process and effective appellate advocacy. As part of his discussion about the certiorari process, Justice Gabriel will cover effective tips for drafting your petition and the justices’ process for determining which cases it will hear. 

 

Coffee and light breakfast will be provided. The cost is $10 for CBA/DBA members and $15 for Non-CBA/DBA members. Registration is required but limited.
