Announcing the inaugural Denver Bar Association Bench-Bar Committee “Courtroom Chats” series. This monthly gathering will be an opportunity for attorneys to meet and chat with a different Denver judge each month in an informal environment about various topics of interest, while also networking with other Denver attorneys. 

 

The third “Chat” will be hosted by Denver County Court Judges Adam Espinosa and Clarisse Gonzales-Mangnall on March 9, 2017. Judge Espinosa and Judge Gonzales-Mangnall are both currently assigned to the General Sessions Division handling Denver Municipal Code violations. The primary focus of this event will be on best practices in Denver County Court. The judges also plan to discuss ethical issues in their courtrooms. Attendees will have the opportunity to discuss any topics of interest including tips for handling their criminal and civil matters in the Denver County Court, and in the General Sessions Division. This event should be highly informative for anyone who practices in Denver County Court

 

The Bench-Bar Committee plans to host these events on the second Thursday of the month from 7:45-8:45 a.m. in Courtroom 4B of the Lindsey-Flanigan Courthouse, so be on the look-out for future advertisements. 

 

Coffee and light breakfast will be provided. The cost is $10 for CBA/DBA members and $15 for Non-CBA/DBA members. Registration is required but limited.
