Planned Giving

Our planned giving program offers a meaningful way to leave a lasting impact on the legal community and the administration of justice in Colorado. By including the Foundation in your estate plans, whether through bequests, charitable trusts, beneficiary designations, or other legacy gifts, you ensure the continued support of programs that provide legal aid, promote public education on the law, and improve access to justice for underserved communities. Planned giving allows you to align your philanthropic goals with your commitment to justice while benefiting from potential tax advantages and financial planning benefits.

By participating in planned giving, donors create a legacy that extends beyond their lifetime, strengthening the legal profession and supporting those who rely on its services for generations. These contributions provide the Foundation with long-term stability, allowing us to fund impactful initiatives and respond to emerging needs within the legal system. Every planned gift plays a crucial role in upholding the principles of justice and making a difference in the lives of countless individuals across Colorado.

We gratefully accept stock donations and can work directly with your financial institution to facilitate these transactions. For more information on planned giving and stock donations, please contact Elizabeth Akalin.
